Program status

This text message program is not active yet. Ruby Capital LLC is not currently sending text messages to anyone.

We are collecting text-message permission now so that it is properly recorded. We will not send any text message until (1) our messaging program is registered with our messaging provider and the mobile carriers, and (2) we have confirmed we hold a valid, current permission for your specific number. If we never activate the program, you will never receive a message from it, and the permission you gave simply goes unused.

We will update this page before we begin sending, including adding the phone number our messages will come from.

Who sends the messages

Ruby Capital LLC, a real estate property acquisition business serving Indianapolis, Indiana. Ruby Capital LLC is the only sender in this program. We do not send messages on behalf of anyone else, and no one else sends messages using permissions you give us.

What the messages are about

If you submit an inquiry on rubycapitalhomes.com and you tick the optional text-message box, Ruby Capital LLC may text you about that inquiry and your property. That means things like:

• questions we need answered to understand the property,
• arranging a phone call or a time to see the property,
• letting you know where things stand, or
• discussing an offer.

That is the entire program. We do not use this permission to send newsletters, promotions, discounts, market reports, unrelated property offers, or messages about a different property.

How you join

Only one way: you check the optional text-message box on our inquiry form, on this website, at the same time you submit your inquiry. The box is never checked for you. You can submit your inquiry without checking it, and doing so changes nothing about how we respond to you.

Consent is not required to submit this form, to receive a reply, to get an offer, or to sell your property.

We do not add anyone to this program from a purchased list, a rented list, a shared list, public records, a scraped source, or a referral. If you did not tick the box yourself, you are not in this program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only while we are actively discussing your inquiry, and only as part of that conversation. This is not a recurring or scheduled message program.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Ruby Capital LLC does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply and are between you and your carrier. Check your plan if you are unsure.

How to stop messages (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, REVOKE and QUIT, and we honor any other clear request to stop — capitalization and punctuation do not matter.

You do not have to use a keyword and you do not have to use text at all. You can also tell us to stop by:

After you opt out we may send you one final message confirming that you have been opted out. After that we will not text you through this program unless you later ask us to start again.

Opting out of texts does not withdraw your inquiry and does not stop us from replying to you by email or phone if you asked us to.

Supported carriers and carrier liability

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or may not be delivered. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell or rent your phone number. Mobile information and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf.

Changes to this program

If we change what this program is for, how often we message, or who sends the messages, that is a different program — we will ask for your permission again rather than reusing the permission you gave for this one. We will post changes to these SMS Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
