Our role and licensing status

This solicitation is not from a licensed real estate professional. This solicitation is made by Ruby Capital LLC. Ruby Capital LLC is the expected purchaser under any purchase agreement it signs and may assign that agreement to another buyer for compensation, in which case the buyer who takes title may be a different person.

If a different purchaser is known before you sign, we will tell you that purchaser's legal name.

Ruby Capital LLC is a private real estate buyer. We review properties Indianapolis homeowners bring to us and may make an offer to purchase. Ruby Capital LLC is not a licensed real estate broker or agent, does not provide brokerage services, and does not represent you or act on your behalf. Where a purchase agreement and applicable law allow it, Ruby Capital LLC may assign that agreement to another buyer for compensation, so the buyer who ultimately takes title may be someone other than Ruby Capital LLC. You may hire your own real estate agent or attorney at any time.

Indiana law also gives you a short cancellation right if that disclosure was not properly made. Under IC 32-21-16.5-6, if you enter into an agreement with an unlicensed real estate solicitor and the required disclosure did not meet the statute’s requirements, you may nullify that agreement within two days by delivering a written rescission to us or to our agent, and you are not liable for nullifying it.

This website describes Ruby Capital LLC and provides a way to contact us about a property. It is an informational and contact website. It is not a marketplace, a listing service, a brokerage site, or an application for anything.

2. Information on this site is general

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we provide it “as is” and for general information only. Real estate conditions, values, timelines, and costs vary by property and by situation. Nothing on this site is a representation about your specific property.

3. Submitting the form does not create an offer or a contract

Submitting the inquiry form does not create a binding offer to buy your property, does not obligate Ruby Capital LLC to make an offer, and does not create any contract to buy, sell, or transfer real estate. Any purchase would happen only through a separate written agreement, signed by both sides, that sets out its own terms.

Nothing on this website — including any figure, range, timeline, or description of our process — is a commitment, a guarantee, a valuation, or an appraisal.

Likewise, you are not obligated to sell anything to us by submitting the form. Either of us may decide not to move forward, for any reason.

4. No agency or brokerage relationship

Ruby Capital LLC is a property buyer acting for its own account and in its own interest. Eyal Rubinstein is not a licensed real estate agent or broker, and Ruby Capital LLC does not act as your agent, broker, or fiduciary. We do not represent you, we do not owe you the duties a licensed agent owes a client, and we are not providing brokerage services. If you want someone to represent your interests, you should engage your own licensed real estate professional.

5. Not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice

Nothing on this website or in any communication from us is legal, tax, accounting, financial, appraisal, engineering, or other professional advice. Selling a property can have legal and tax consequences that depend on your specific circumstances. Please consult your own attorney, tax adviser, and any other professional you need before making a decision.

6. Contacting us and text messages

If you send us an inquiry, you are asking us to contact you about it, and you are responsible for giving us contact details that are yours and are accurate.

7. Acceptable use
